Dzulfadhly joined AIZO on 8 February 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings with him over 15 years of working experience in several sectors with extensive knowledge of financial audit, strategy development and value creation.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from Auckland University, New Zealand. He is a member of CA ANZ (Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand) and MICPA (The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
He started his career in 2009 as an external auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Kuala Lumpur. He was involved in the financial audit of multiple public listed entities spanning various industries such as manufacturing, plantation, automotive and aviation. He then moved on to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory division where his main focus was on advisory works relating to impact assessment, financial performance review and strategy development.
In 2015, he joined Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (“EKUINAS”), a Government-linked private equity firm with assets of approximately RM4 billion under its management. During his tenure in EKUINAS, he executed various value creation initiatives, focusing on operational transformation, business development and strategy execution across a number of EKUINAS portfolio companies in multiple industries.
Prior to joining AIZO, he was the Head of the Corporate Strategy division of Education Malaysia Global Services (“EMGS”), an entity under the Ministry of Higher Education tasked with the promotion of Malaysia to international students. He was responsible for the overall strategic development plans, driving the strategic planning processes as well as monitoring the implementation of the strategic objectives.
He is not a director of any public companies and listed issuer and has no conflict of interest with the AIZO Group.
Lee Inn Chean joined AIZO in 2019 as Group General Manager, Operations and Business Development. Presently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Minetech Asphalt Man International Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIZO where he oversees manufacturing and trading of bituminous products. He has over 26 years of experience in marketing, business operations and new business expansions in various industries.
He graduated from Curtin University of Technology, Australia majoring in Economics and Finance, and subsequently obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from University of Southern Queensland, Australia in 2005.
He first joined a garment manufacturing company, Perusahaan Chan Choo Sing (PCCS) Bhd from 1998 to 1999 as Marketing Executive in handling contract manufacturing brands such as Adidas, FILA and GAP. He later joined Hwa Tai Bhd group in 1999 as Senior Marketing Executive, and subsequently promoted to Senior Manager, National Marketing in 2004, managing a total of 20 agency products for nationwide distribution include, amongst others Hwa Tai, Pokka, Meiji and Lays. He later founded his own business (Spruce Harmony Sdn Bhd) in 2005 which involved in the retail and education of music industry, and also event organizing and marketing consultancy. In 2013, he left his own business and joined AIZO as Senior Manager, assisting the Group Executive Director in all daily operations. He subsequently became the Senior General Manager in Operations in 2015, handling the quarry and premix divisions. In 2018, he joined REAL Education Group Sdn Bhd as Head of Marketing and was involved in the marketing revamp for REAL Schools and REAL Kids.
Ts. Pete Chin joined Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd (“MCSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIZO, in 2004. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MCSB, overseeing all aspects of civil engineering, mining, and infrastructure projects. With over 20 years of experience in project management, procurement, business expansion in China, and business development, Ts. Pete Chin has demonstrated expertise and contribution in the industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Nottingham Trent, United Kingdom. Additionally, on 26 July 2023, he was recognized as a Professional Technologist (Ts.) by the Malaysia Board of Technologists.
